1. Command Team members will only be allowed a maximum of a 3 month LOA at a time. We do understand there may be extenuating circumstances, those will be addressed on a case by case basis. After 3 months if there has been no further contact CO’s will be removed and it will be recommended to the CO that the XO or 2O be removed.
a. For an LOA to be valid command team members *must* send notice to Fleet Command and sim OOC e-mail list. Any who do not do so will be considered UA. 3 attempts over a 3 week period will be made to contact before removal.
2. Open ended LOA’s will last no more then 3 months. After 3 months if there is no contact the command member will be considered UA
a. CO’s Notice must be sent both to Fleet Command and to sim OOC e-mail list
I. XO and 2O must make monthly contact with their CO
b. CO’s Must make monthly updates to Fleet Command
Now, please note, we do understand about extenuating circumstances and will evaluate cases as they come up, however, you must communicate in order for us to do so otherwise we are left with what we see and the last thing we knew.
