Welcome to the Applications Page for the Trek Agencies, and thank you for expressing an interest in participating in Divisional simming. Please be sure to read the rules below before filling out the application form at the bottom of the page, and we look forward to hearing how you’d like to help make Trek a more fulfilling place to play!

Rules of Participation and Play

Below are the rules and expectations of each

1. They will be an active member of the Trek Division (meaning they actively sim in Trek)

2. They will have completed sim-guide (there is no rank requirement however)

3. They will be a member of good standing in Trek Division.

4. They will be responsible for maintaining the TrekWiki sections for their agency or department

5. They will be the IC collection point of all things that need to go through Trek Operations for approval. They are then expected to make recommendations “yes or no” to the Starfleet Chief of Staff

6. They will need to post at least one IC log once every two weeks, with emphasis on reflecting events in SIM and Fleet plots.

7. They need to work with the appropriate section of the academy to keep course documentation up to date

8. They will only be allowed to hold one position in the organizational chart so that everyone gets a chance to participate, (IE one person should not be both a Fleet commander and a Agency Director or head multiple Agencies)

9. A Person can hold an Agency Directors position and a Department Head position (IE Head of CoE), though that may not be in the same group IE the Director of R&D cannot be the head of the CoE.

10. While Directorate and Department positions have IC and OOC components they are not considered ‘Staff’ positions.

11. An actively filled Directorate player may have one player XO and one player senior NCO to fill out their Agency, and Department Heads may have one player XO for their Department.
